Physiotherapist

About

Nikhil earned his Masters of Physical Therapy from Queen’s University and possesses a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University, specializing in Movement, Health, and Development. He has worked in various private practice clinics treating a wide range of patients, from athletes and office workers, to individuals recovering from workplace and motor vehicle accidents. He has first-hand experience with neurological patients in both hospital and private clinic settings. Nikhil has also worked within WSIB specialty programs, collaborating with orthopedic surgeons, occupational therapists, and kinesiologists to provide comprehensive physiotherapy care.

Beyond physiotherapy, Nikhil has an extensive background in the healthcare and fitness industries. His work as a personal trainer and fitness instructor has enabled him to help people from diverse backgrounds reach their health goals. Growing up as a competitive tennis player gives him a unique understanding of the physical demands on athletes, allowing him to tailor treatments to support their high-performance needs. He has also been involved in various committees advocating for improvements in public health and healthcare systems within the community.

Outside of the clinic, Nikhil stays active by playing pickleball or tennis, hiking, practicing yoga, and cycling. He also enjoys unwinding by watching TV and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
